Questions we get asked
Is the box office really free?
Yes. The app, scanning, extra devices and extra staff logins are part of the platform - a ticket sold at the window costs the same $0.50 as one sold online, never more for being on-site.
How many devices and staff can I have?
As many as you need. There is no per-device or per-user charge, so adding a second gate on your busiest night costs nothing.
What happens if we lose signal at the gate?
Scanning carries on offline. Check-ins are stored on the device and reconciled automatically once the connection comes back, so the queue never stops for the network.
Can we sell at the door for a slot that’s nearly full?
Yes. Online and on-site draw on the same inventory and capacity count, so the window can see exactly what’s left in any slot and can’t oversell it.
